Quizzical Terms and Conditions
Period
1. This promotion runs from 00:00:01 GMT on Monday 23rd January 2012 to 23:59:59 GMT on Sunday 29th January 2012 (the "Term").
2. Each prize period runs on a weekly basis during the Term commencing at 00:00:01 GMT on each Monday and expires at 23:59:59 GMT on the following Sunday of each week (the "Weekly Prize Period").
Eligibility
3. This promotion is available to over 18s residing in the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands or Isle of Man only who have a fully registered Sky Bet account.
4. One entrance per Weekly Prize Period is permitted per Sky Bet account holder, household and IP address. Any accounts that are identified to be linked to an account already participating in this promotion will not be eligible.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any customers at its sole discretion.
Prizes
6. The prize consists of one draw of £1,000 per Weekly Prize Period (the "Prize"). One winner will be drawn at random from all weekly entrants at the conclusion of each Weekly Prize Period by an independent third party, subject to these terms and conditions.
7. In order to be eligible for a Prize you must answer three correct Quizzical game questions in succession on the Challenge website (http://www.challenge.co.uk) within a Weekly Prize Period.
8. You can only be entered for a Prize once per Weekly Prize Period. Answering more than three correct Quizzical game questions during a Weekly Prize Draw will not gain you more entries into the Prize draw.
9. Weekly Prize winners will be contacted within three business days of the Prize Draw using the contact information registered on their Sky Bet account.
10. If the winner cannot be contacted within two weeks of the relevant Weekly Prize Period draw or are not able or available to accept the Prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to another entrant. The Promoter will make three attempts to contact the winner during the two week period after the Prize is drawn.
11. Prize winners may be required to show proof of eligibility including proof of age and residence before the Prize is awarded.
General
12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion and/or vary these terms and conditions at any time. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this promotion.
13. In the case of any dispute, the Promoter's decision will be final in all cases.
14. This promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
15. In the case of any breach of these terms and conditions the Promoter reserves the right to withhold payment of any Prize amount.
16. Any attempts to manipulate or abuse the promotion will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate exclusion from this and future Challenge and Sky Betting and Gaming promotions.
17. By entering this promotion you agree to receive future communications and offers from Challenge and Sky Betting and Gaming.
18. The Sky Vegas free bet offer is only applicable to new customers.
19. The name, country and photograph of the winners maybe used by the Promoter and its associated companies for post-event publicity purposes. Each of the winners agrees to allow the Promoter to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration.
20. Sky Bet is a trading name of Bonne Terre Limited. Challenge and Challenge TV are operated by British Sky Broadcasting Limited. This promotion is promoted by British Sky Broadcasting Limited (the "Promoter") of Grant Way, Isleworth, Middlesex TW7 5QD.
