Terms & Conditions - TNA Quiz

1. By playing the game you will be accepting these terms and conditions.

2. The Hi Score competition will start at 6pm on 07/02/12 and close at 11:59am on 28/02/12 ("Close of Promotion").

3. On close of the promotion, the person that has the highest scorer on the Leaderboard will be deemed the winner. The winner will win a TNA T-Shirt, signed Kurt Angle DVD and a No Surrender poster signed by TNA stars Bobby Roode, Matt Morgan, RVD, Crimson and AJ Styles.

4. In order to be able to submit Hi Scores, you need to submit a username and e-mail address when you submit your score for the first time.

5. If any prizes or awards are being offered in the Game it shall be subject to the following terms:

5.1 There is no cash alternative to any prize or award (or any part of them);

5.2 Unless agreed otherwise in writing the prize or award are non-refundable and non-transferable;

5.3 We may substitute the prize or award (or any part of them) for an award of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond our control;

5.4 The terms and conditions of any third party supplier will apply to any prize or award where applicable;

5.5 We will not be liable for prizes or awards that do not reach you for reasons beyond our reasonable control;

5.6 If you are not able, for whatever reason, to accept a prize or award, then we may award it to another User; and

5.7 We shall in our absolute discretion make prizes or awards available to Users and our decision is final and legally binding on all Users and no correspondence will be entered into.

5.8 Prize winners will be notified of their award by email by 04/03/12.

6. All copyright, trademarks, licenses and all other intellectual property rights in the Game will remain ours or, where applicable, those third parties who have provided content or services to the Game. We hereby grant you a licence to use such rights for your personal use of the Game only, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. We may prevent the copying of any part of the Game.

7. By agreeing the terms and conditions, you confirm that any member of the British Sky Broadcasting group may use your information for market research and the marketing of Sky's products and services. This may include sending you marketing by email about the Game or other similar products and services, unless you advise us by choosing to opt out of receiving such forms of marketing.
